​Once you make a purchase The Minded Christopagan hopes that you are happy with the purchase you have made. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund if only certain qualifications are met:
Product quality is not up to par
Product broke within shipping
Product sent was the wrong one or not in the right color as specified in the order

The Minded Christopagan does not accept returns of items that were broken upon incorrect user error. Candles and personal care products CANNOT be returned under any circumstance due to the easability of being able to be tampered with.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 21 days of the purchase date allowing for time to make and ship the product as well as for you to take a look at the item. All returned items must be in new and unused condition unless broken in transit. They must have all the correct labels and original tags with them plus a proof of purchase.

Return Process
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and then ship it in a secured, plain, and unmarked box. Mail your return to the following address

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the returned item, I will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days for the item to be processed. If another item is being sent back in its place please allow an extra 3 days. 

Exceptions
For defective or damaged products either text me at the number below, call, or send me an email to arrange a refund. You can also message me on Facebook at The Minded Christopagan. Message sent to my personal Facebook account will NOT be responded to.
